  • Your password should be unique
  • Your password should be a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
  • Your password must be at least 10 characters, including at least one capital letter and one number.
  • The password should not contain your name, phone number or email address.
  • Only connect with users you know well.

Use Two-Step Verification

Two-Step Verification is a security feature that helps protect your Tripu.cz account and password. If you set up two-step verification, you'll be prompted for a login code.

How to activate two-step verification

  • Install an external authenticator app like Google Authenticator on your mobile phone
  • On the Tripu.cz page, after logging in, click on your profile picture on the top right and then on Settings and privacy
  • Click on the Account Details tab
  • Click on Add Verification Code
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

    • You can use an external authentication app to generate login codes that we can use to verify that it's you when you first log in from a new device. When you turn on the two-step verification feature, you can get 10 recovery login codes. They can be used if you don't have a phone with you.
